Allyson Feinstein

Allyson Feinstein, LCSW, ACT, is a member of Summit Health's Behavioral Health and Cognitive Therapy Center. Prior to joining, she worked in a variety of outpatient settings and in private practice. Ms. Feinstein has experience helping adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, relationship and self-esteem issues, bipolar and adjustment disorders, addiction and stress related to medical conditions. Says Ms. Feinstein, "my primary orientation is Cognitive Therapy, but I will often combine that technique with mindfulness, traditional supportive psychotherapy and humor."
