Roger Warn

Certified Diabetes Educator, Roger Warn, MS, RDN, CDCES, specializes in nutrition, especially for people living with type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes. Mr. Warn's expertise includes developing personalized nutrition plans to help patients self-manage diabetes. His nutrition plans include evaluating barriers to diabetes self-management and strategies to help patients adhere to a diet to help control blood sugar.<br />

Before joining Summit Health, Mr. Warn was a certified diabetes educator with the Visiting Nurse Service of New York Pediatric Diabetes Program. He also has practiced with Medtronic Diabetes and Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. He is a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators.<br />

When he is not working with his patients, Mr. Warn enjoys playing ice hockey and art.
