Jason Schaechter, MD

Before joining Summit Health, Jason D. Schaechter, MD, practiced with Summit Anesthesia Associates. He has been an assistant professor at New York University Medical Center in New York City.<br />

Dr. Schaechter is the coauthor of articles and abstracts, which are published in prestigious peer-reviewed scientific journals, Anesthesiology and Journal of Clinical Outcomes Management. During medical school, Dr. Schaechter earned the Milton and Rose Prystowsky Award as the #1 clinical medical student. During residency, he earned the Anesthesia Resident of the Year Award.<br />

Dr. Schaechter is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, and Arnold P. Gold Humanism Honor Society.
