David Forlander

David A. Forlander, MSPT, OCS, CEAS, specializes in evaluating and treating musculoskeletal impairments and sports injuries, postoperative conditions, vertigo problems, and gait and balance issues. A member of the Summit Health Physical Therapy team since 2002, Mr. Forlander is among only 3% of US physical therapists who have a clinical specialist board certification in orthopedic physical therapy.<br />

Mr. Forlander notes, "After a thorough evaluation, I teach my patients about their conditions. I then provide hands-on treatment and personalized corrective exercises to help patients achieve their goals quickly. Most importantly, I educate my patients so they can manage and preserve their health throughout their lives."<br />

When he is not working with his patients, Mr. Forlander enjoys competitive beach volleyball, mountain biking, snowboarding, and traveling.
