Pejman Lavian

Pejman Lavian, MD is a member of Summit Health’s Family Medicine team. Dr. Lavian provides a variety of services for patients of all ages, from children to adults. He is skilled and experienced in areas of primary care, preventive medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, and sports medicine. Dr. Lavian takes time to listen to the concerns of each patient and learn their family history so he can consistently provide patients with comprehensive, high-quality care. Dr. Lavian also has special interest in counseling patients about non-pharmalogical options to help manage various diseases processes.<br />

Prior to joining Summit Health, Dr. Lavian was Co-founder and Medical Director of Family Medical Care of Clifton.<br />

When not working, Dr. Lavian enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He enjoys a good game of chess, is an avid reader and a short story author.
