Margaret Chen MD, FACS is a Board Certified General Surgeon and Breast Surgeon as well as ProHEALTH's Chief of Breast Surgery. She has been recognized nationally as America's Top Surgeon from 2009 to 2018. Dr. Chen has mentored over 91 fellows, residents and students, helped to design and implement educational curriculums to train doctors, and assumed the Chair of Scientific and Continuing Education at the American College of Surgeons Brooklyn and Long Island.
