Cranio Associates

The doctors at Cranio Associates are Dr. Robert Federman, Dr. David Hoffman, and Dr. Insik Chung. As a practicing dentist for 42 years, Dr. Federman has been widely recognized for his specialty experience in the evaluation and treatment temporomandibular disorders. He provides both surgical and nonsurgical treatments for patients with TMDs and jaw pain, and he has treated patients who have experienced injuries and facial trauma. Dr. Robert Hoffman has been practicing oral surgery since 1981, and his services include orthognathic jaw surgery, wisdom tooth extractions, cleft lip and palate surgery, dental implants, and bone grafting. For surgical procedures involving TMJ conditions, Dr. Federman works alongside Dr. Hoffman as the assistant surgeon.
