Dovetail Driving School

Dovetail Driving School is dedicated to instructing and supervising driving students by providing driving lessons and courses in Carine and the surrounding northern suburbs.

Lisa Archer, the owner and operator of Dovetail Driving School and a mother of four boys, discovered while teaching her sons to drive, she could do the same as with others. A nurse by profession, the natural nurturing instinct led her to become a licensed WA driving instructor and open Dovetail Driving in June 2017.

During the Covid-19 lockdown, Lisa undertook the course in Key2drive, so the new students are ensured that Dovetail Driving provides the best driving lesson practices.

The aim of Lisa is to prepare new students to drive independently and pass their driving test. She wants them to be confident that their decisions on the road will keep themselves and others on the road safe. As nurse she has first-hand experience with the results of poor decisions made while driving and as such Lisa always puts safety before technique.
