Dublin's top sports massage therapist, our approach to therapy is to establish a thorough evaluation and treatment based on collaborated evidence of problematic findings. Our goal is to restore optimal biomechanical function and mobility by applying structural alignment and applied kinesiology. The process starts with musculoskeletal alignment, muscle activation as well as lengthening, and joint mobilization. Our program is completed with a corrective exercise continuum and optimal performance training for all levels.
