Our Waukee clinic opened its doors in June of 2019. It is located within the Sportsplex West facility which is also the home of D1 Sports Training.

Our team incudes Doctor of Physical Therapy, Patrick Ford, who is our sole provider at the clinic. With our one-on-one care, you will have our full attention and feel cared for and heard. We focus on providing personalized care that is catered to your individual needs. Whether you’re a parent, athlete, senior, or otherwise, we can help you get pain free and back to those activities you love. With access to a private treatment room, 30 yard turf, full weight room, and recovery equipment, we have the tools and knowledge to help you get healthy and achieve your goals.
