Nicole Swofford, MD

Dr. Swofford considers it an honor to be entrusted with the care of her patients and values being a dependable part of their lives. She practices full-scope family medicine, including acute, chronic and preventive services. Dr. Swofford sees pediatrics, adolescents and adults, and she performs minor office procedures along with minor gynecology procedures, such as Pap smears, Nexplanon implants, intrauterine devices and colposcopies. Dr. Swofford loves going through life with her caring husband, four lovable kids and various pets while keeping Christ in the center of it all. She and her family enjoy camping, movie nights, gardening, being involved at church and reading. She also has a deep fondness for chips & salsa and Blue Bell ice cream.
