Nicholas Post, M.D. FAANS, a board-certified neurosurgeon has joined the NY Spine Institute medical staff. NYSI is now the only private practice on Long Island to offer true comprehensive spinal care spanning spine-specific and general orthopedics, neurosurgery, physical therapy, and pain management subspecialties for patients with acute, chronic, or debilitating orthopedic or complex spine and brain conditions.

Dr. Post sees patients in the Queens, Manhattan and Long Island NYSI offices and has privileges at many hospitals throughout the region including Nassau University Medical Center where he is director, Division of Neurosurgery. Additional operative affiliations include NYU Langone, Catholic Health Services, and Winthrop University. He brings extensive experience to the practice of performing and researching the latest surgical techniques, specializing in complex spine, spinal deformity, brain tumor, peripheral nerve disorders, and traumatic brain injury. Dr. Post is also well versed in personal injury, workman’s compensation and no-fault processes and documentation, which are important for the successful resolution of cases that result from accident or injury.
