I am a psychoanalytically supervised licensed clinical social worker. I treat individuals, couples, families, children and groups.
Initially, I view the family through the individual with the goal of treating the family as the patient. I encourage the individual to accept the belief that we cannot do anything by ourselves. Everyone needs help.
I am a DWI treatment provider.
I have over 30 years experience in treating substance abusers and over 20 years treating war veterans and their families who are clinically diagnosed with PTSD, and struggle with anger, isolation, and poor relationships. I am a trained supervisor and consultant to agencies providing substance abuse treatment and recovery.
