With products that are designed and built to work together, and all controlled through the Vivint Smart Hub or award winning App, your days of switching between systems will be over.
We’ll be in touch before installation day to make sure that all the components and products are present and we’ll also call or text when our team is on the way so you know when to expect them.
When it comes to actually installing, wiring and testing the system our team will take care of everything so you can be assured that there won’t be any trailing wires, obstructed camera views or loose fittings. Depending on how many cameras or sensors are needed, the whole installation will take about 3 hours.
Once everything is in place the team will configure all the systems and provide you with in person training on how to get the most out of the system. They’ll make sure you are comfortable with setting the smart thermostat, accessing camera feeds via the Vivint Mobile app or computer and ensure you know how to reach the 24/7 Vivint monitoring team.
