Spartans Warrior Zone

Spartans Warrior Zone is a gym and fitness centre in Kilsyth. We offer a range of classes and functional style training including boot-camps, altitude room training, barre classes, reformer pilates, and child minding. Plus we have a running track and a huge exercise area with 24 hours access. Membership also includes access to the huge Spartans Gym located next door, and free access to Les Mills Body Step, Body Pump, Body Balance, CXWORX, Boxercise, Zumba, Step and Tone, exercise classes for over 60's, Fat Burner, stretch classes, Tabata, Pilates, Turbo box, spin classes, group exercise classes, plus Tummy Hips & Thighs, F.A.S.T: Fast Aerobic & Strength Training & Metafit, Pilates, Yoga, a female/women/ladies only gym and boxing classes.
