TMB Development is a Houston based homebuilder specializing in the inner loop of Houston. The owner of the company is Tony M. Brown with approximately 10 years of home building experience and real estate investing.

We primarily have focused on the Heights, Highland Village, West University, Montrose and Bellaire. We are also involved in real estate development in Katy Texas for commercial opportunities such as office flex buildings, mini storage buildings and retail development. While we have been involved with townhome construction and production builds, we have great experience in the semi-custom home market. Our team of architects, engineers and designers can design and build a custom home for you as well.
