Great avordable place for a hair makeover
I love this place. I am from Houston Texas and was visiting Naperville due to my husbands office job. I found the salon very friendly and the hair stylist Katie really listened to how I wanted my hair cut. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

I'm never going anywhere else!
I've been getting my hair cut at Neo Bella for several years, and am always satisfied. Renee does a fantastic job, and everyone in the salon is always warm and friendly. Laura, the owner, has years of salon experience and it shows in her knowledge and professionalism. Little things, like always calling ahead to confirm the appointment, and offering to take my coat when I walk in the door, make the difference. I can get a haircut anywhere -- but I always get what I pay for at Neo Bella.

Neo Bella Salon is okay
I agree that the prices are on the higher end. My service was good and I also agree I'm not sure how much I like the new color line. The owner and staff are very friendly, which is great. However, the salon itself is dusty and dirty. Usually salons that charge upwards of $ 160 for highlights and cut are nice. The mirrors are dirty, the seats are dusty. Needs a makeover! I could get the same services in a nice, cleaner salon with a hair color line that I have used in the past and like. I really do like how friendly and accomodating the staff is, but I know I can get the same service for the same price elsewhere in a nicer salon.

Neo Bella Salon is #1 for Customer Service!
When I first got to Neo Bella I was not sure about the place because of the location. When I entered the door, I was really surprised at the quality of customer service. Laura makes everyone feel important, comfortable, and by the end of the visit, you just don't want to leave. Laura spent time finding out about our whole family and paired up a stylist according to each person's needs. Pam cut/styled my hair and did a fantastic job. Robert did the color which turned out nice. I really don't like the color line used and would suggest that they get a different line. I do recommend NeoBella and we will return.

Neo Bella Salon is Awesome!
I had my hair highlighted and cut by Amanda. I really didn't know what I wanted going in. After consulting with Amanda, I went from long hair to short and I love my chunky highlights. I feel like I look younger and more hip. Also, I felt comfortable knowing that Amanda would not let me get my hair done in a way that did not compliment me. I know nothing about color line. I am an average person with no knowledge of the salon business. I think that the other comments must have been made by people who really do their research or that have been in the business. Really, I don't care what color line a salon uses as long as the customer service is World class. In this instance, I felt like I was the center of attention and my needs were well satisfied. Everyone there is very friendly and I am glad to have a new stylist that I feel I can trust. I will be recommending to all my friends that they give Neo Bella a try.

Robert, A Great Colorist
Robert had to color my roots to match the grown out color on my head. He did a terrific job. He really is a a great colorist and there are not many of those outside of LA or NY.

Neo Bella Salon is Awesome!
Ive been coming to Neo Bella for a few years now. Everyone over there is so friendly and nice. They have great customer service. When you walk in everyone has a smile on and by the time you are done, you just don't want to leave. Laura is a wonderful lady and always make you feel at home. My stylist Renee is so nice and does a great job cutting and styling my hair. The salon is clean and well kept. I wouldnt go anywhere else, and recommend this salon to anyone.

Oh, where to begin! There are so many wonderful things about Neo Bella Salon. First, I'm am a real stickler for customer service and the staff here really shines! From the appointment reminder phone call to Laura's cheery face at the desk offering you coffee to walking out with a great cut/color. My two daughters and I all see Brittany. What's wonderful about her services is her versatiltiy. She does short, long, mom , teen and tween cuts and styles. Even gives advice on styling your hair at home. And, what a great colorist!!! I've tried many different shades/colors and have always been happy with Brittany's recommendations. This is a very clean and bright salon. We also appreciate the offer of product every now and again and don't feel any pressure to buy. It's become the choice salon of most of the ladies in my neighborhood!!!

I Love Neo Bella!
I am so happy that I found Neo Bella Salon! They have a professional and friendly staff, and you can get a great cut and color at a reasonable price. I've also treated myself to the occasional pedicure, and those are wonderful, too.

Bad Experience
My sister went to this salon shortly after we moved to the area. She went in and was ignored for more than 15 minutes sitting in Robert's chair. He then refused to tell her how long he had been in the business and was quite frankly rude. Long story short, he messed up the color and instead of apologizing played it off like it's 'all that could possibly be done.' We know he knew he messed up because he gave her a free conditioner as what we interpreted as an 'oops' gift. She left the salon $150 poorer with lemon yellow hair and we ended up correcting it with an ashy color from the Walmart so she could go to work the next day without feeling ridiculous.
