At Tiffany C. Hsu, DDS, Inc., Dr. Hsu provides general dentistry services to patients in Cupertino, California. She believes in minimally-invasive dentistry and firmly believes in education and prevention as keys to optimal oral health.
Dr. Hsu grew up in Walnut Creek, and studied biology and music at UC Berkeley. She decided to follow her father’s footsteps to become a dentist, after volunteering with the Berkeley Free Clinic. She graduated from The UCSF School of Dentistry, and then continued her training with a postgraduate General Practice Residency at the Mare Island Veterans Affairs (VA) dental clinic, where she gained invaluable experiences in advanced dental procedures.
Upon completing her residency training Dr. Hsu continued serving veterans at the Chico VA dental clinic. Her experience with the VA has deepened her understanding of medicine and helped her to become a sensitive, compassionate, and skilled dental provider.
To stay informed on the latest techniques and dental products, Dr. Hsu often attends advanced continuing education courses and conferences. She continues to be a leader in her profession by advocating for dentists on the state level, and volunteering with her local dental society. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Santa Clara County Dental Society.
Dr. Hsu’s treatment philosophy has always been to treat each patient as she would a family member. She believes in taking a conservative approach and creating a personalized treatment plan on how each patient can achieve optimal oral health. She enjoys providing a wide array of dental services, which include preventative, restorative, fixed and removable prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
Dr. Hsu moved to the South Bay last year with her husband, James, who is a software engineer. They enjoy spending time with their dog Ella, playing board games, and cooking with friends. They also have a hunger for travel, and enjoyed a month-long trip to Southeast Asia last Christmas. Even though she’s only been living in the South Bay for a short time, it already feels like home. Dr. Hsu looks forward to meeting new patients and taking care of their dental needs!
