Sharone Stern, DPM, is a skilled and accomplished podiatrist who specializes in general podiatry, podiatric surgery, and diabetic foot care. He brings over 25 years of experience to his patients at North Shore Foot & Ankle in Syosset, New York, Flushing, New York, Rosedale, New York, Plainview, New York, and Lynbrook, New York.

Dr. Stern is dedicated to his patients; he creates customized therapeutic plans that allow them to enjoy a positive and fulfilling lifestyle. He always takes the time to explain conditions and treatment options, and answer questions, so his patients can make informed choices about the care of their feet.

Dr. Stern received his medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City. He then headed to the Midwest to complete his residency at one of the finest training centers for podiatric medicine and surgery in the world, Kern Hospital for Special Surgery in Warren, Michigan. He has also completed advanced training in diabetic foot care, reconstructive surgery, and limb salvage.

Dr. Stern is an active member of the medical community, and a member of the American Diabetes Association, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, as well as the American Professional Wound Care Association.
