Michael Schwartz MD is Board Certified in Orthopedic surgery and in the subspecialty of Orthopedic Sports Medicine. He is also ProHEALTH's Chair of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Dr. Schwartz has served as the orthopedic physician for the New York Islanders hockey team, the New York Dragons arena football team, and World Team Tennis. Currently, he is the team orthopedist for Hofstra Athletics, providing care for the athletes and coaches.
