Robert Smith, MD - Urology

Robert Smith, MD, is a urology physician who works collaboratively with is patients to determine the best plan for their condition and circumstances. He strives to explain and educate his patients to the best of his ability, to answer all his patients’ questions and then work together to determine a care plan. Dr. Smith treats general urologic conditions such as prostate enlargement, kidney stones, urine control problems, urinary infections and vasectomies. He also has specialized training in treating urinary incontinence with sacral neuromodulation.

He completed his medical education at the University of Iowa College of Medicine before completing a urology residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Dr. Smith enjoys playing his guitar and attending concerts, including Bruce Springsteen who he has seen 65 times. You can also find him hiking or skiing in the great outdoors. He especially loves spending time with his wife and kids.
