TBC’s story is one of success and perseverance. From our inception as a GB-98 builder, Terry Booze Construction built a reputation of providing high-quality custom home and commercial construction in the most recognized developments on both sides of the Sandias. Over the 38 years since TBC’s formation, Terry cultivated relationships with the most professional, affordable sub-contractors in the region, with a commitment to bring quality construction to his customers.

After serving in the United States Air Force, Terry’s step son returned to Albuquerque for a short while before moving to work for a roofing company and the insurance restoration industry for over ten years. It was after the financial crash in 2008, when TBC was hit hardest, that he decided to join the family business and things began to look up from there.

In 2010, TBC provided service to several customers in the East Mountains who had been affected by a severe hail storm. Realizing that Albuquerque and the surrounding areas were in dire need of quality contractors, TBC began building up a referral-based business, and have now proudly served hundreds of satisfied residential customers and provided millions of dollars of serviced projects to our commercial clients.
