Welcome to Meridian Acres; a privately owned assisted living facility located in Sanford, Michigan. Since 2018, we’ve been serving the needs of individuals who value their independence but need assistance with daily living. Our services include medication management, transportation, housekeeping, bathing, dressing, and more. We also offer in-house physical and occupational therapies as well as respite and hospice care. Our facility includes a large memory care unit where we provide services focused firmly on the individual.
