Lauren Carter holds a Masters in Higher Education which has prepared her with the knowledge and tools to assist others in their career paths. She worked for Purdue University where she coached students/alumni and helped recruiters with their hiring needs. She has worked with individuals from all backgrounds and in various seasons of life.
