Dr. Howard’s educational journey includes receiving his Doctor of Medicine at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. He then completed a psychiatry residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Queens, New York. He returned to the South to complete an internal medicine residency at the University of South Florida, where he was appointed chief resident.
