Meet Dr. Hernandez
Thomas Hernandez, DDS, is a general dentist with nearly 20 years of professional experience serving the Greater Houston community. As the founder of Heritage Dental, he proudly provides dental care to residents of all ages in Tomball, Texas.
Dr. Hernandez was raised in the suburbs of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. He then earned his dental degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in Oklahoma City. Since graduating, he has regularly furthered his education in areas such as orthodontics, dental implants, and cosmetic dentistry.
At Heritage Dental, Dr. Hernandez takes a patient-driven and compassionate approach to dentistry. He works with his patients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their wants and needs, ensuring that they always feel comfortable when under his care.
To reach the diverse patient community of Houston, Dr. Hernandez’s practice also is bilingual, where staff are fluent in both English and Spanish.
He is experienced in providing various dental services including crowns, dental implants, dentures, veneers, Invisalign®, teeth whitening, and tooth-colored fillings. His modern approach to dentistry includes state-of-the-art technology such as digital scan impressions.
In his free time, Dr. Hernandez enjoys spending time with his college sweetheart, Victoria, and their three daughters. The family is active within their church community and participates in mission projects regularly. They also enjoy spending time outdoors together with outdoor activities such as mountain biking.
