Started in 2002 as "Copak", the company was purchased by a group of small investors in 2015 lead by the Star family.

Over 18 years of "Masa Mixing" experience using inclusions and on-trend topical seasonings. Speed and flexibility are our cornerstone to a successful business and we service a list of Blue-Ribbon customers.

Cutters include small and large hog-back, round, mini-round and dorito cut. Core masa flavors are white, yellow, blue, organic, Non-GMO, seasonal flavors and conventional formulas
