My name is Timothy Daniels. I am an attorney who mostly helps injured workers with their Worker’s Compensation Claims and prospective adoptive parents with their adoptions. I have practiced law since 2004, spending 6 years as an active duty JAG Attorney for the U.S. Air Force and about 10 years as a solo practitioner in Southern Utah. I’ve come to know the Utah Courts system and the Worker’s Comp Insurance system very well during those years. I love to help people through difficult situations even if I’m not hired to represent them. That’s why I offer free legal consultations over the phone to anyone who may have a legal question about their work injury or potential adoption in the state of Utah. I also have experience with estate planning and probate cases.
