Meat By The Case (known as MBC Meat Market or MBC, for short) is a meat market that specializes in the selling of quality meats in bulk to the communities we serve, both near and far, at competitive prices. We are proudly a family-owned and operated business with two locations – Meat By The Case Delivery in Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas (DFW delivery only), and in-store shopping in Hugo, Oklahoma at the original MBC Meat Market, founded by Pops, a 2nd generation butcher. Our DFW delivery service reaches many cities in the metroplex, including Arlington, Grand Prairie, DeSoto, Mansfield, Highland Park, Duncanville, Frisco, Oak Cliff, Lancaster, Richardson, Little Elm, Carrollton, Plano, North Richland Hills, Irving, Cedar Hill, Mesquite, Grapevine, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Midlothian, Red Oak and more.

The meats we offer are high quality and sold fresh or fresh-frozen. Some of our most popular items are turkey legs, oxtails, steak, beef, chicken, brisket, and ribs. We also offer specialty items, such as Philadelphia Water Ice, and fundraising programs, such as the "Raise Funds with Turkey Drums" program.
