Dr. Najiib Azad is a board-certified family medicine physician and concentrates on all aspects of primary care including physical exams, vaccinations, as well as treatment and long term management of Diabetes, Hypertension, Arthritis, Anxiety, Depression and other acute and chronic diseases.  
Dr. Abul Azad is a 3-times board-certified pulmonologist with privileges in multiple Capital District hospitals, with extensive experience in managing COPD/Emphysema, Asthma, Lung Cancer, Chronic Cough, Interstitial Lung Fibrosis (IPF), Respiratory Failure and Respiratory Infections. 
We expedite and customize care and can connect you with other specialties when necessary. 
We offer telemedicine, limited home visits, and walk-ins also.
