Britney Farmer

Britney became interested in birth support while studying social work and working as a crisis worker in Austin, Texas. Britney relocated to the Pacific Northwest after obtaining her degree, and completed Sacred Doula Training in March 2018. Britney has since earned her certification through Big Belly Services and has served as an assistant to Penny Simkin in her hospital and home birth childbirth education classes, and Britney is also trained to use TENS in labor. Britney has supported many families in labor and birth of all kinds, including unmedicated and medicated births, inductions, and cesarean births. Britney believes there is no "right" or "wrong" when it comes to childbirth, and is skilled in helping her clients find their own unique ways to create a positive birth experience. Rate: $1200
