Kurtis Kooiman has over 24 years of real estate and lending experience. Having started his career in lending in 1996, he grew to become an experienced real estate investor himself and in order to further serve his clients got “Certified” as a Financial Coach under Dave Ramsey of Financial Peace University, a well-known international financial guru specializing in debt management and wealth accumulation.

Kurtis has focused his career on using real estate as a primary tool for building overall financial health at any age. He has always tailored his advice based on someone’s overall financial situation (age, risk, goals, etc.). Kurtis says, “A piece of real estate is usually one’s largest investment.
