It is on the second floor of Building A, the first building to the left as you enter North Coast Health Center. The office, which Dr. Robert Brunst and Gourab Das have occupied for many years, has a comfortable reception area and there is ample parking. Visit us for urgent care and primary care in Encinitas. Walk-ins always welcome! Perlman Clinic has been practicing patient-centered, high quality primary care and urgent care in San Diego since 2005, with our first location being in La Jolla.
