Xterior Plus

In early 2017 Xterior Plus added to their housing services by expanding into flooring and acquiring a decades-old flooring business. Xterior Plus and Coldwell Banker Select have been providing home services- home improvement, remodeling, new construction and property sales since the mid-1990s. Their new location off of I/77 and I/81 offers a convenient, central location for all of their Southwest Virginia customers. With their extensive showroom, experienced staff, and desire for great customer satisfaction, Xterior Plus is one of the fastest-growing flooring dealers on the east coast. They were named to the Pinnacle Club in 2020 for outstanding sales performance. An honor only given to 30 dealers out of over 7,000.
