Pooja Sureja Patel, MD

Pooja Patel, M.D., is a board-certified neurologist and the director of the epilepsy monitoring unit at Marcus Neuroscience Institute, established at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of Baptist Health. Dr. Patel specializes in treating epilepsy, headaches and all common neurological disorders. She is fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi.

Dr. Patel is passionate about advancing epilepsy treatment and offers her patients new advancements in diagnostics, medicines, neurostimulation and epilepsy surgery. She is a member of the American Epilepsy Society and the American Academy of Neurology.

Dr. Patel’s care philosophy is to provide patient-centered care and spend as much time as needed to improve each patient’s neurological outcome.
