Is your “Life out of whack, Let's get it back on track!” Having already developed a diversified practice in individual, family, and group counseling — I was able to create a very successful and innovative modality dubbed, "Rote Therapy” as a therapeutic approach to psychotherapy. This is an eclectic methodology to Cognitive/Behavioral Therapy. I worked in an 868-bed nursing home in the Bronx, NY for over 9 years and, prior to that had been the head therapist at The Anxiety Control Center in Yonkers, NY for 5 years. My client population consists of families as well as individual adults, elderly, and adolescents. I have extensive experience counseling on many issues including, but not limited to; anxiety disorders, family relationships, chronic illness, situations relating to the elderly, and low self-esteem, leading me to better understand how patients can more confidently combat the challenges and overcome facing everyday life.
