Vascular Surgery Medical Group is the area’s longest operating vascular care center, proudly serving the East Bay community since 1977. General Surgeons Michael Ingegno, MD, Varinder Phangureh, MD, Lamont Paxton, MD, Robert Gingery, MD, and Abid Mogannam, MD, have two convenient offices in San Leandro and San Ramon, California.  
The board-certified vascular surgeons are experienced in diagnosing and treating numerous vascular and endovascular conditions including varicose veins, spider veins, deep vein thrombosis, aneurysms, arterial blockages, and strokes. They also specialize in creating dialysis access for patients in need of hemodialysis.
