I like to say, I have an expertise in overcoming challenges. Guiding women to FEEL their best and BE their best.
Through my experience and education I have learned to go deeeep within myself to understand and most importantly FEEL who I am. We experience and undergo things that are not us such as miscarriages, heartbreak, loss etc. to show us whom we truly are!
The FeelYourCups brand have developed when I was in my darkest/toughest times. And through that I have Learned to literally FEEL my cup to learn to re-love myself, gather my strength and FEEL the life I deserve to live.
