Our specialty niche is deep draw hydroforming. We can form geometries and types of material that other manufacturers struggle with. The hydroforming machines can draw a max 32" blank. The max drawing diameter is 27.5" and the max depth is 12". The fluid cell press can form up to 72" long, 27" wide and 5" deep. The common materials we form are Aluminum (6061, 7075 and 2024), Stainless (304L, 316, 409, 17-4 and 17-7), Brass, Bronze, Copper, Cobalt, Hastelloy, Inconel, Lead, Molybdenum, High Nickel Alloys, Titanium Grade 2, 15-15-15, 15-3-3), Kovar, Clad Metals and Galvanized. Trim can be held to +or- .015" on a 5 axis laser machine and +or- .005" on a 5 axis machining center. We have 2 drop bottom furnaces for NADCAP approved Aluminum Heat Treating and 1 vacuum furnace. This heat treating capability allows us to save a great deal of lead time and cost from not transporting the parts across the country for processing. Some processes even require 2 different steps with a forming operation in between. Our OEM approvals for heat treating include Goodrich, Gentz, Lockheed Martin, Honeywell, Rolls Royce, Arde, Berkshire, Barnes, Cessna, Gulfstream and Doncasters. Included in our supplying parts complete to print is offering different finishing options. These are mostly outsourced to various local suppliers. Buffing is offered at many different levels. Chemical finished for defense and aerospace approved products are offered. We also can have your parts Mig and Tig welded through an outside supplier.
