When I got into the mortgage banking industry 20 years ago, my passion was to develop and lead teams that understand the value of serving the customer. I learned to surround myself with positive thinking people who are driven to succeed and work hard. Since that beginning I have been involved with every aspect of the business, directly responsible for engaging and servicing customers, improving the overall customer experience and driving sales performance. I am a natural entrepreneur with proven results in all aspects of retail mortgage operations, from origination to servicing. I have managed several mortgage banks such as US Mortgage and The Money Store. I have been actively involved with education and training and am proud to have educated thousands of employees on matters ranging from mortgages, employee benefits, and conflict resolution. I always strive to contribute every day to the success of the team, the department, the region and the organization. I have learned that helping others is the best and only way to ensure my own success. I put in the effort day in and day out because I love helping people and because I always strive to be the best I can.
