Our goal is to not only offer my clients relief from disturbing emotional and cognitive symptoms but to support them in manifesting their highest potential. Our clinical work has been described as "effective," "holistic", "multi-modal," "results oriented," blending the science of Western Psychology with the intuition of the Eastern spiritual traditions. We have special expertise in Anxiety disorders, Health psychology, Stress management and Meditation. We have therapists with recognized talents for helping children with behavior problems as well as children with ADD, ADHD, autism and temper tantrums. We incorporate BU's Behavioral Medicine Program, use Meditation, Hypnosis and Guided Imagery to strengthen health. We ahve therapists who have had exceptional training in Meditation. [Studies with Yogi Bajan, a Kundalini Yoga Master; Master Mantak Chia, a Healing Tao Instructor, and completed the Kalichakra initiation with the Dali Lama One therapist and an administrator have Master's degrees in Esoteric Psychology, and use meditation for relaxation and intuitive guidance.Another was a Director of a Non-Profit Counseling Center with a specialty in drug and alcohol abuse.

Group sessions offered periodically. Special groups with tailored topics for employers [Businesses, Hospitals, Schools,...etc.].
