Toni Marshall joined TowneBank in 2004 and has over 40 years of financial services experience. She is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers Association Bank Management School.
Active in her community, Toni has served as the treasurer for the York-Poquoson Red Cross and as president of The Housing Development Corp of Hampton Roads for 15 years, where she is now an advisory board member for the organization. Toni has held other leadership roles in local organizations such as treasurer for the HomePac with the Peninsula Housing & Building Association and past Education Chair of the Institute of Financial Education.
