Stephanie Bryant

With more than 15 years of combined experience in residential mortgage and construction lending, retail banking, and residential real estate brokerage, Stephanie is an expert in offering quality financial information and assistance. She began her professional career as a loan closer at a small savings bank with a single loan office in the Southpark area of Charlotte. From there, Stephanie worked her way up through various roles including loan processing, loan originating, construction lending, and branch management.

Stephanie specializes in all areas of business development and banking services across a broad range of industries including, but not limited to, nonprofits, trade associations, law firms, title companies, and property management firms. Through identifying business opportunities and working closely with her team members to ensure professional service levels, she helps TowneBank maintain a superior reputation in the marketplace.

Stephanie received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is also a licensed real estate broker and licensed general building contractor. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Parkinson Association of the Carolinas. She is the past president of the Women’s Council of the Homebuilder’s Association of Charlotte.
