Bindu V Rusia, MD

Dr. Bindu V. Rusia is a radiation oncology specialist, dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and compassion to her patients in Pittsburgh and western Pennsylvania. She specializes in head, neck, and breast malignancies, and has a general practice treating a wide variety of malignancies.

Dr. Rusia received her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where she graduated at the top of her class with induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She went on to complete her radiation oncology training at the Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute. Dr. Rusia has authored over 10 textbook chapters and over 20 peer-reviewed published articles about head and neck, breast, and lung cancer.

She has presented her research at a number of national and international radiation oncology society meetings. She is also a peer reviewer for the International Journal of Radiation Oncology Biology and Physics.
