Rachel P. Tindall, MD, FACS is a highly skilled transplant surgeon who specializes in transplants of the liver, kidney and pancreas and in hepatopancreatobiliary surgery including hepatectomy, bile duct resection/reconstruction and pancreatectomy for benign and malignant diseases.

She earned her medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and then completed her residency in general surgery at Allegheny General Hospital. After that, she went on to finish a fellowship in abdominal transplant and hepatopancreatobiliary surgery at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, CA.

Dr. Tindall has memberships in the American Society of Transplant Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the Americas Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association and the American Medical Association. She has medical staff privileges at Allegheny General Hospital.
