Margaret's Health and Wellness Program offers virtual health and wellness coaching plus self improvement life coach. I am a wife, mom and now I am helping moms regain their self worth and self confidence without feeling mom guilt, excuses or fears. I have created a proven 3 month program called EVOLVE that helps moms transform their lives and live their lives to the fullest without sacrificing their special quality time with family. Moms learn how to prioritize and put themselves first no matter what. My 1:1 services are completely remote using either Zoom or social media platforms like facebook and instragram.
