OUR WEST BLOOMFIELD, MICHIGAN STORY
Provision Living at West Bloomfield opened in early 2019, three years after we began working with the local school system to acquire the site of the closed Ealy Elementary School. We were inspired by the fact that this location on Maple Ave had been such a vital part of the lives of local children, families, and neighbors for close to 50 years. We are honored to be part of this thriving local community and to have the opportunity to add to the legacy of growth, life, and well-being that has occurred on this site. As both owner and the operator of Provision Living at West Bloomfield, we are investing in great people, innovative care and safety technology, and resources to help support families of older adults. This community employs approximately 80 local team members, partner with numerous local businesses, support local community causes, and proudly pays local property taxes. We see ourselves as a vital part of creating a thriving local community.
