MySpectrum is an outpatient therapy practice that offers individual, family, and couples counseling and coaching.

We want to work with you on what causes you or your family emotional pain.

If you are dealing with struggles on the Autism Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, or Substance Abuse Spectrum, we are here to help. Your struggles might not fit neatly into one of these Spectrum areas. That’s ok. If you are struggling anywhere on the Whole Life Spectrum, we are here to help you navigate the struggles.

Our office has been completely renovated so that coming to therapy doesn’t feel like coming to therapy. We want you to feel at home and have an experience like no other.

We aren’t a traditional therapy setting and don’t want to be. We want to show you that receiving help can be energizing, invigorating, fun, and not stigmatized.
