Springfield Clinic Downtown Drive-Up Lab

As of October 30, 2023, the Downtown Drive-Up Lab has permanently moved 1351 S 8th St. in Springfield, IL 62703.Patients needing general lab work, COVID-19 testing and vaccines and flu shots can receive those at this location. You must have an order from your physician to receive a COVID-19 test at the Downtown Drive-Up Lab. Flu vaccines, COVID-19 vaccines and COVID-19 boosters, can also be obtained at this location. Patients should enter the lab on 8th street for drive-up services.COVID-19 vaccines are available for patients with a Springfield Clinic provider by appointment.Flu shots are available for our patients as a drive-up service with a scheduled appointment.Pediatric Medicaid patients ages 0-18 must receive their vaccinations from a State of Illinois vaccines for children approved site.
