Hillary Piedra Esq. is a divorce and family law attorney at Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group, LLC. In addition to representing clients in contested matters, Hillary also represents clients in a full array of post-judgment matters, including property or marital settlement agreement enforcement, college contribution disputes, modifications of alimony or child support and appeals from unfavorable judgments. Additionally, she assists clients in negotiating prenuptial agreements to protect premarital assets, income, family assets and future inheritances.

Ms. Piedra has prior legal experience handling residential real estate law. Her family law knowledge coupled with her understanding of real estate legal procedure has helped her guide many of her clients through the division of assets, including real property.
